Nikon Asia-Pacific Portal UX & Redesign
Nikon needed to improve its portal UX, taking in consideration a variety of constraints. Two approaches were adopted to solve JWT's client problem: a lower impact (safer) route, which raised the user experience bar and introduced new features, such as product tour in HTML5 and HD videos on the home page; and an entirely new approach, that enabled the brand to deliver a more engaging and up-to-date digital experience.
