Social A.I. + “Visual Music” Campaign
As part of a broad omni-channel strategy for the luxury audio brand, different social media campaigns were created and executed.
Social A.I: A campaign powered by chatbot technology, connecting users with the brand through live virtual characters of the company’s product line using real-time conversational UI, was deployed through five different profiles powered by independent chatbots to create the interactive personalities according to each product characteristics and their target audience/consumers.
“Visual Music”: Combining semiotics, photography and musical memory, the campaign was created with the goal of inducing the audience to mentally listen to songs without actually hearing music at all. A triadic combination of imagery, context and words defines how successfully each post projects a song in the viewer's mind.
