Business strategy, naming, branding, product ecosystem design, storytelling and UX for food delivery platform startup.
哥哥 (Gor Gor) translates to "elder brother" in Chinese. The business model pioneered a middleman-less B2C connection with local/small restaurants with their own in-house delivery capabilities, without the fees and percentage taken by business models like Deliveroo or Food Panda, resulting in lower delivery costs for the customers while empowering the society and local/small business owners.
The logo concept comes from the deconstruction of the 哥 character, stylised to represent movement, a motorcycle/bicycle, and a happiness.
Deliverables: Naming, Complete Branding and Corporate Identity, Customer-Facing Mobile App UX, Restaurant-Facing POS UX, Admin Management System UX, Product Website and Collaterals including Videos.
