Evisu Bespoke
Evisu is a designer clothing label founded in Osaka, well-known for its premium denim products. Thinking from a customer experience standpoint, the bespoke app was created to enable select shop staff to customize products in the presence of VIP customers.
An intuitive and linear flow enables the clerk and customer to navigate through the bespoke process, selecting piece by piece of the denim, starting from the cut and fabric type, all the way to the color of the threads and buttons.
The final result can be visualized in real time as the process advances, allowing the customer to turn the pants back and forth to see both sides of the product.
The exclusive app helps customers and shop staff to preview fabrics, cuts, stitches, buttons and even custom pocket combinations, before the final bespoke order is sent over the cloud to be handmade in Japan. The app is available exclusively at selected Evisu shops for bespoke clients.
